Raj refuses to criticise Sena Chief Bal Thackeray

Thane, Jan 20: Nava Nirman Sena chief Raj Thackeray said he has high regard for Shiv Sena supremo Balasaheb Thackeray and he will never react to his remarks or criticisms.

Addressing an election rally here yesterday, Mr Raj was referring to the remarks made in the Sena mouthpiece 'Saamna,' by Sena supremo against him.

In his speech he said his party's policy was not to ''criticise'' the Sena supremo and ''this policy is still valid.'' ''But this does not mean that others can criticise us,'' he said without naming any one and added. ''If any one makes such an attempt then we will make use of the 'dandpatta' on them.''
