President, PM to visit Nagaland soon

Kohima, Jan 20 (UNI) President A P J Abdul Kalam and Prime Minister Manmohan Singh will visit Nagaland in February and April respectively.

Official sources said the President would be visiting this state in February reportedly upon the invitation of the state government and visit the remote areas of Tuensang and Zhenebhoto district.

Dr Singh is likely to visit Nagaland some time in April to inaugurate the first Sainik school at Punglwa under Peren district.

However, the dates of both the visits have not yet been fixed.

The admission process of the school had been started and was scheduled to being from the coming April, sources said.
