Delhi BJP set up Traders' Assistance Centre
New Delhi, Jan 20: Delhi Pradesh BJP has set up a Traders' Assistance Centre at its office in Central Delhi to solve the problems of traders and industrialists in the capital who are suffering due to the ongoing sealing drive undertaken by the Municipal Corporation of Delhi and Supreme Court-appointed Monitoring Committee.
The centre became active from today, state party President Harsh Vardhan said.
A team of senior party leaders would listen to the complaints and find a solution, besides forwarding complaints to the competent authority.
Sealing and demolition drive were started without due consideration, which resulted in the closure of business of many people. Besides the shopowners, their employees also endured lot of hardship. They tried to approach the authorities with thier complaints but there were nobody to listen to them. Under these circumstances, Delhi BJP set up their centre here, Dr Vardhan said.
