Country-made pistol, bullets recovered from Govt bus

Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, Jan 20 (UNI) Police today recovered a country-made pistol and seven bullets from a Government bus at Palladam in the district.

Police said based on information, a police team stopped a Government-owned bus from Coimbatore to Tirupur at Palladam and recovered the pistol and bullets kept in a cloth bag.

All passengers of the bus were screened and further investigation was underway, police added.
