Capsized boat recovered

Kurnool, Andhra Pradesh Jan 20 (UNI) The rescue teams have recovered the boat which capsized in Krishna river on January 18 leaving 64 people missing.

However, no body has been retrieved so far.

The district officials told newspersons that the rescue teams had recovered the boat in Krishna river at Jetrapol, five km away from the accident spot. A hole was found on the surface of the boat.

The rescue teams, including navy divers and swimmers, resumed operations to trace the bodies this morning. A Navy helicopter also was pressed into service, they added.
