Hyderabad, Jan 20 (UNI) Andhra Pradesh Governor Rameshwar Thakur presented a gold medal to a boy who passed CA foundation in May 2005 and CA intermediate in May 2006 both in first attempt, despite both his legs and hands crippled by polio.

Are Sayi, who was crippled by polio as a child, passed Chartered Accountants Intermediate exam with 333 marks. He had joined the MPC group and had joined 'Master Minds' a coaching institute, in Guntur.

Introducing the boy at a press conference yesterday after receiving the gold medal, Master Minds Chairman Mattupalli Shiva Prasad said the boy was now doing B Com simultaneously, and as soon as he passes it he would appear for Civil Service examination.

Sai said he could not write as fast as other students, due to his physical condition and the institute taught him ways to write faster.

Sai said he would like to become an IAS officer after completing graduation. He also said he was keen on completing his Chartered Accountancy final too.

Mattupalli Shiva Prasad said his institute would help the boy to build up his career free of cost.
