Two persons held for selling fake laddus

Tirupati, Jan 19 (UNi) Tirumala Tirupati Devastanams (TTD) Vigilance Officials today held two persons including a woman, for selling fake laddus here.

According to a vigilance official, on an information they raided one house near Alipiri foot hill of Tirumala and caught two persons - Radha and Bandri, red handed. They were selling laddu for Rs 10 each, instead of actual price Rs 25, to the VIPs and devotees who were visiting the temple here.

About 2,000 laddus were recovered from their possessions.
