Seven people dead as bus overturns

Lucknow, Jan 18 (UNI) Seven people died and six got injured when a private bus overturned in Etah district of Uttar Pradesh today.

''The bus was going to Nidholikala from Etah when it fell into a ditch near Horchi village,'' District Police Superintendent Ashok Kumar said on phone. Seven people died on the spot while six were injured and admitted to a hospital. One of the injured was reported to be in serious condition, he added.

Among the dead were Rambrij, Vineet, Ravi, Suleman, Devsingh, Ramnivas and Sukhbir. They belonged to areas nearby Nidholikala village, Mr Kumar said.
