Pacifica to be ready for fit out commencement by Feb

Chennai, Jan 19 (UNI) Pacifica Tech Park, an integrated Information Technology Park being built by the US-based two billion USD Pacifica Companies on the IT corridor here, would be ready for 'fit out commencement' next month.

Announcing this at a press meet here, Vikram Agnihotri, Regional Head-South, said the 1.1 million sq ft Tech Park at Navalur on the Old Mahabalipuram Road, offered the largest floor plates.

'It will be ready for fit out commencement in February and for occupation by the end of March this year,' he said, adding, the Rs 150 to 175 crore park was being built using flat slab technology with ceiling height of 3.8 m and customised scalability option.

The two block building structure was designed to seismic zone specifications, he added.

On future plans, he said Pacifica had invested more than 200 million USD during 2006 and would be investing 400 to 500 million USD in the next two years. It was also looking for residential projects for middle and upper middle class segments.
