MM appoints Anoop Mathur as Senior Advisor

Mumbai, Jan 19: Mr Anoop Mathur has joined Mahindra&Mahindra Ltd (M&M) as Senior Advisor to the Vice Chairman&Managing Director Anand Mahindra.

Mr Mathur joined M&M from Hindustan Lever, where he was Executive Director -Technology and Specialty Exports, and Member of the Management Committee, said a M&M press release.

His earlier assignments included Executive Chairman/CEO of Hind Lever Chemicals; Executive Director, Chemicals, Agri and Specialties in Hindustan Lever; and Technical Director in Unilever, South Africa.

Mr Mathur is a B.Tech in Chemical Engineering from I.I.T. Kanpur and started his career with Hindustan Lever as a Management Trainee, the release added.
