Chennai, Jan 19 (UNI) All India Anna DMK (AIADMK) General Secretary J Jayalalithaa today SAID HERE PARTY WOULD launch a massive agitation to fight for the rights of fishermen community and ''expose'' the ''kidney racket'' in tsunami hit areas in North Chennai.

In a strongly worded statement here, Ms Jayalalithaa, claiming that her information about the ''kidney racket'' was shocking, said her party would bring to light those who were behind the racket and why Chief Minister M Karunanidhi was maintaining a ''stoic silence'' on the issue.

''The AIADMK will soon launch a massive agitation in support of the fishing community, who were hit by tsunami devastation. We will fight for them and they need not worry about DMK Government's apathy on the issue,'' Ms Jayalalithaa said.

Expressing her dismay over the present tsunami relief measures, the AIADMK leader alleged that the victims, in the absence of any assistance from the DMK Government, were forced to sell their kidneys to eke out a living.
