Gunde Yesu arrested by West Godavari police

Eluru, Andhra Pradesh, Jan 19 (UNI) West Godavari police today nabbed Gunde Yesu, absconding accused in the Rudrakshapalli massacre and an associate of notorious criminal Tadiparti Rama Rao, at Jangareddigudem town here.

Speaking to reporters, Superintendent of Police, West Godavari district M Jaganamohan Reddy said on a tip off, a police team led by Jangareddigudem Sub Divisional Police Officer (SDPO) Chaganti Ramarao and Nuzvid SDPO G Narayanaswamy, arrested Yesu, who escaped from the sub-jail in Nuzvid in Krishna district last month.

The SP said police teams launched an intensive search to nab Mr Tadiparti Rama Rao, the main accused in the massacre at Rudrakshapalli village in Khammam district two years ago.
