Extreme cold hits Manipur

Imphal, Jan 19 (UNI) The winter in Manipur has been harsh this year with the mercury dropping sharply.

MET officials said the minimum temperature was around 2.7 degree Celsius today while the maximum was around 21.1 degree Celsius.

The sky was clear and the humidity was about 66 per cent which was usually around 70 per cent in the past few days.
