CBI examines Chautala's bank accounts

Sirsa, Jan 19 (UNI) The CBI examined the bank accounts of the family of former Haryana Chief Minister and Indian National Lok Dal (INLD) supremo Om Prakash Chautala here today in connection with disproportionate assets case against him.

A CBI team inspected the accounts of the Chautala clan in the Oriental Bank in their native district and took down all the details, police sources said.

The bank officials had reportedly received a letter from the CBI three days ago which sought their cooperation in the investigations.

The CBI also looked into the accounts of INLD secretary general and Rajya Sabha MP Ajay Singh Chautala, son of the INLD supremo and the accounts of Jannayak Devilal Vidyapeeth set up by the family.
