BPSC Manager abducted

Bokaro, Jan 19 (UNI) Assistant General Manager S Mukherjee of the Jharkhand's Bokaro power supply Corporation (BPSC) has been abducted, police today said.

Mr Mukherjee was on his way to Dhanbad in his car from here on Wednesday evening and had been missing ever since, police said.

Family sources said Mr Mukherjee called them ajust before reaching Dhanbad and added that he was sounding ''apprehensive and traumatised.'' They have lodged a case of abduction with the sector IV police station last evening, police added.
