ACC Ltd launches 'ACC Help Centre'

Hyderabad, Jan 19 (UNI) ACC Limited (ACC), today announced the inauguration of the 'ACC Help Centre' at Secunderabad, the first step in a host of customer centric initiatives planned across the country.

The Centre, the first of its kind in the state, is being launched in Secunderabad, after the launch in 14 cities across the India, with the objective of advising and guiding all those who intend to construct their own house or are in the process of constructing one was formally inaugurated today by Mr Arvind Pathak, Business Head, ACC South and West Region.

The Help Centre would provide information and guidance to customers on construction practices in a simple and lucid manner on various home building-related procedurs. 'This includes matters such as pre-construction worries on how much stamp duty needs to be paid or who might be the appropriate service provider or again how to estimate budgets'.

'Various issues related to construction practices, choice of material and planning of the construction process would be elaborated, step-by-step. The centre would also assist customers after completion of construction in ensuring that all the right checks are made to ensure a long lasting and durable house'.

'Tutorials, conveniently scheduled in the evenings, handled by qualified faculty, would handhold customers through relevant steps of the house construction process. Online inputs would be available on topics like estimation and plans, which would help customers who are otherwise confused and uncertain about the steps involved customer friendly literature on the various facets of construction would be available in a well-stacked library', the company said in a release here.

'Mobile service units named ''Griha Mithra'' manned by a technical person are operated by ACC for the benefit of the customer throughout the state. Customers in Secunderabad can also avail of certain specialised services like supervision during slab casting on demand', the release added.
