Winter at its peak in Manipur

Imphal, Jan 18 (UNI) The winter has reached its peak in Manipur today with minimum temperature hovering around four degree Celsius.

People were forced to stay indoors due to the bitting cold.

MET officials recorded a maximum humidity of 70 percent in the morning that decreased as the day progressed.

The maximum temperature was around 23 degree Celcius.

No rainfall was recorded, sources added.
