Reliance Energy Q3 net rises 22 pc to Rs 201 crore

Mumbai, Jan 18 (UNI) Reliance Energy Ltd, a Anil Dhirubhai Ambani Group company, today posted a profit after tax of Rs 201.03 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2006 as compared to Rs 164.64 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2005, an increase of 22 per cent.

Announcing the results, the company release here today said its total income had increased from Rs 1,137.63 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2005 to Rs 1,820.43 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2006.
