Police quizzes Pak terrorist in fake passport case

Kozhikode, Jan 18 (UNI) The city police today started quizzing a suspected Pakistan terrorist Mohammed Fahad in connection with a fake passport case.

Refusing to divulge details of the investigation, the police said the suspected al-Badar terrorist had managed to procure an Indian passport allegedly with connivance of two police personnel while staying in the city as a guest a few months back.

Fahad, arrested in Mysore on September 26 along with another while plotting to blow up the Karnataka Vidhan Soudha, was brought here early today and remanded to police custody till January 23.

Seven people, including two cops and two relatives of Fahad, were arrested in the fake passport case.
