Zero deficit Budget, unrealistic says JK oppn
Jammu, Jan 18: The main opposition in Jammu and Kashmir Legislative Assembly, the National Conference has described the 'zero deficit budget' as ''presumptuous'' and ''unrealistic''.
Leader of opposition and former Finance Minister Abdul Rahim Rather said the soures "the figures were fudged to project zero deficit budget".
He added that there were expectations that new Finance Minister, Tariq Hamid Karra would project the true picture of the state's economy and suggest measures to provide relief to the people from the problems being faced due to financial mismanagement.
