Infant abducted from home by woman

Karnal, Jan 18 (UNI) A four-month-old male infant, left in care of a woman acquaintance, was allegedly abducted by her today from a house in Kot Mohalla here, police said.

The infant Saurabh was left by his parents Sanjiv and Varsha, with a woman who stayed with the family yesterday and again visited their house today, DSP (HQ) S S Bhoria told UNI.

When the couple returned, they found that Saurabh and the woman, who had been known to the family for a month, were both missing while their five-year-old daughter, Sonia, was still at home, Mr Bhoria said.
