4 youths killed in road accident in TN

Cuddalore, Tamil Nadu, Jan 18 (UNI) Four youths were killed when their two-wheeler was hit by a state transport bus at Kazhuthoor near Vepur in this district late last night.

The deceased, identified as D Palanival(20), K Iyyanaar (25), D Dhanasekeran(25) and M Manohar(24) of Kazhuthoor Colony, were all riding on a moped. The incident occurred when a Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation bus hit the two-wheeler near Kazhuthoor killing the four of them on the spot.

The youths were returning home midnight after celebrating Kaanum Pongal.

The driver of the bus has been arrested.
