Purulia-Ranchi bridge collapse

Purulia, Jan 35 (UNI) At least two persons were injured when a trawler fell down following the collapse of a 600 mt bridge connecting Purulia and Ranchi at Tulin under Jhalda police station of the district today.

Police said the driver and the helper of the trawler were injured in the incident.

The Purulia-Ranchi road linked was disconnected following the incident.

Meanwhile, in another incident, one person was injured when a taxi carrying him met with an accident at the3 same place.

The injured were hospitalised.
