Lupin plans 100 pc subsidiary in Netherlands
Mumbai, Jan 17 (UNI) Pharma major Lupin will set up a 100 per cent subsidiary company in Netherlands for routing all overseas investments to be made by the company.
Announcing this, a Lupin statement said today that the Board of Directors of the company has approved the formation of a 100 per cent subsidiary company in Netherlands by making an initial investment of upto Euro 20,000.
The subsidiary would act as a special purpose vehicle(SPV) for routing overseas investments to be made by the company.
