Junior engineer arrested while taking bribe

Bokaro, Jan 17 (UNI) Vigilance sleuths today arrested a junior engineer of state electricity board for accepting bribe along with his accomplice.

Superintendent of Police (in-charge) Sandhya Rani Mehta today said acting on a complaint, the sleuths arrested S K Singh while taking Rs 2500. The JE's illegally appointed clerk was also arrested.

According to complaint, the junior engineer was harrassing one Mahesh Prasad asking money for fresh connection.
