Illegal spirit worth Rs 26 lakh seized

Palakkad, Jan 17 (UNI) The police today seized about 13,000 litre of illegal spirit valued at Rs 26 lakh at Marutha Road near here.

The spirit was concealed under cement bags in two lorries and both the vehicles were seized, the police said.

Three persons were arrested in this connection.
