GGSIPU teaching students disaster management techniques

New Delhi, Jan 17 (UNI) Guru Govind Singh Indraprastha University is imparting disaster management education to more than 1,000 students from its affiliated colleges in the city.

The five-day course, being conducted in collaboration with Central Industrial Security Force, has been designed to prepare students to be the 'first respondents' during natural and man-made calamities.

Specially trained experts from Delhi Fire Brigade, Municipal Corporation of Delhi and CISF are conducting the course.
