DDA auctions 52 plots

New Delhi, Jan 17 (UNI) The Delhi Development Authority has auctioned 52 commercial plots for a total amount of Rs 1696.195 crores.

The 52 plots were among 65 commercial plots put to auction on January 15, 16 and 17. A bid amount of Rs 1696.195 crores was realised against a reserve price of Rs 692.547 crores, a DDA release said.

On January 15, 21 commercial plots were put to auction. out of these 16 plots were sold out comprising of 14 plots at Dwarka, ranging from 183.6 sq m to 11619.00 sq m and one plot each at Rohini Sector-22 (1238.40 sq m) and Mukherjee Nagar (150.00 sq m). A bid amount of Rs 921.314 crores was realised against reserve price of Rs 394.00 crores.

Yesterday, out of 22 plots, 20 plots (17 at Sector-20 Dwarka, one at Vikas Puri and two in LSC in Phase -2 Bodala) were sold for a total bid amount of Rs 598.992 crores against a reserve price of Rs 223.65 crores.

Today another 22 plots, located in Janakpuri (3 plots), Zamrudpur (3 plots), Vasant Kunj (2 plots), Dwarka Sector-4 (2 plots) and Kondli Gharoli (12 plots at CSC-1 and CSC-2) were put to auction.

Out of these, 16 plots were sold out realising a bid amount of Rs 175.889 crores against a reserve price of Rs. 74.897 crores.
