Cambridge Tech IPO oversubscribed

Hyderabad, Jan 17 (UNI) Cambridge Technology Enterprises Limited's (CTEL) public issue was oversubscribed by over six times.

CTEL entered the capital market with a public issue of 63,15,800 equity shares of Rs ten each for cash at a price of Rs 38 per equity share inclusive of premium, aggregating to Rs 2,400 lakh.

The net offer to the public for Rs 1,540 lakh got oversubscribed by over six times, a company release here today said.
