Blast near Goalpara in Asom

Guwahati, Jan 17 (UNI) ULFA militants triggered a blast near the Garo Hills, adjoining Goalpara in Asom, today.

Army sources said here that the blast occurred at an isolated spot. However, no one was injured.

The sources said the blast was triggered by the ULFA to assert their presence following intensified Army operations.
