Record-making rage hits Gwalior
Gwalior, Jan 16 (UNI) After Malwa region's youth and adolescents tried to set records in dancing and singing, school-goers in this citadel town attempted to do the same in other spheres.
Three students together began an endeavour to set different kinds of records at the Town Hall. Of them, Sumit Jain claimed to have completed 75 hours of Hanuman Chalisa writing at 1650 hrs today.
Nishant Wadhwani, who tried to paint for 101 hours at a stretch, was forced to take three hours' rest due to a high fever but is now attempting to paint for 115 hours.
Anubhuti Rai, who wanted to set a record in preparing 'roti', pulled out owing to ill health.
Meanwhile, doctors warned against such a haste to become popular at the cost of health.
