High Court rejects Shahabuddin's bail petition

Patna, Jan 12 (UNI) Patna High Court today rejected regular bail petition of RJD MP Mohammad Shahabuddin in connection with a case relating to recovery of stolen vehicles from his residence at Pratapur in Siwan.

Justice Ghanshyam Prasad rejected the bail petition of the RJD MP and directed the lower court to complete the trials in this case within three months.

According to an FIR lodged at Hussainganj police station in Siwan district against the MP on April 24, 2005, four stolen cars and five motorcycles were recovered during raid from Partapur residence of Md Shahabuddin.
