Foggy morning, cloudy day

Kolkata, Jan 16 (UNI) The city experienced a cold and foggy morning for the second day as Kolkatans woke up to a misty morning today.

The sky remained cloudy throughout the day though there was no forecast of rainfall.

The MET department said the minimum temperature would hover around 14 degree Celsius for the next couple of days.

The maximum temperature today was 24.5 degree Celsius while the minimum was 13.2 degrees.

Low humidity of 78 per cent was recorded in the morning which decreased as the day progressed. The city recorded no rainfall, sources added.
