Dacoits murder six persons, decamp with Rs 4lakh

Krishnagore, Jan 16 (UNI) About 12 miscreants killed at least six members of a family and looted about Rs three lakh at Sutragar under Shantipur police station here today.

The dacoits entered the house of a cloth merchant, Subir Chakraborty and decamped with booty worth about four lakhs after murdering the family members.

Police had started investigations to apprehend the culprits and the bodies have been sent for post mortem UNI
