As many as 609 members participates in NCDEX trade

Mumbai, Jan 16 (UNI) About 609 members of the National Commodity and Derivatives Exchanges (NCDEX) participated in the trading worth Rs 2,129 crore (one way) upto 1700 hrs today.

There were 75,380 trades put through by them. Active trades were high in guarseeds, chana, refined soy oil, soyabean, jeera and pepper.

About 197 members had participated yesterday in the trading and put through 74,720 trades. The volume of trading till 2330 hrs was around Rs 2,022 (one way).

Active trades were high in guarseed, chana, refined soya oil, pepper, soya bean and jerra, a NCDEX release here said.
