Ardh Kumbh Nagar, Jan 15: The issue of Ram temple at Ayodhya is likely to be highlighted again by the Vishwa Hindu Parishad(VHP) during its two-day 12th Dharam Sansad starting here tomorrow on the banks of Sangam, confluence of river Ganga, Yamuna and mythological Saraswati.

VHP would raise the issue of Ayodhya by spelling out its strategy with regards to construction of a grand Ram temple at Ayodhya during the conclave.

The role of Hindus in Indian polity vis-a-vis Ram temple would be a top subject of deliberations, VHP sources here today said.

VHP's reply to Sachar committee report and 'Muslim appeasement' by the UPA government at the Centre would be among the other issues to be taken up by the Dharam Sansad.

The social harmony, dwindling population of Hindu conversion, inflitration and terrorism along with recent ULFA strike in Asom are the other subjects on which VHP is likely to come up with a resolution.

The final decision would be taken this evening during the Kendriya Marg Darshak Mandal meeting in the mela area, sources said.

VHP international president Ashjok Singhal, general secretary Praveenbhai Togadia, Mahant Nitya Gopal Das, president of Sri Ramjanambhoomi Nyas and the representatives of Kendriya Marg Darshak Mandal would attend the meeting. Mr Singhal is already camping in the mela area.

VHP is known to have prepared an action plan about how Hindu could influence the Indian politics. Dharam Sansad would call upon the Hindus to launch themselves for the third massive Hindu Sammelan schedule here from February 11.
