Mashelkar report on patent laws handed over

New Delhi, Jan 15 (UNI) The high-level group headed by Dr R A Mashelkar, former Director General of Council of Scientific and Industrial Research, to examine certain patent law issues, has submitted its report.

The technical expert group was set up by the Department of Industrial Policy and Promotion, Commerce and Industry Ministry, according to a ministry spokesperson.
