Macta supports anti-piracy drive

Kochi, Jan 15 (UNI) Macta Federation, a consortium of trade unions in Malayalam cinema, today urged the Vyapari Vyavasayi Organisation to refrain from supporting those indulging in production and sale of pirated CDs.

In an official release here, Federation General Secretary Vinayan said the merchants' organisation should not extend support to those dealing in pirated CDs.

He said the Federation would participate in a rally to support the Kerala Government's effort to stop piracy in the state.
