A dip in minimum temperature in Kolkata

Kolkata, Jan 15 (UNI) The city experienced a cold and foggy morning as the mercury took a dip to 13.2 degree Celsius today from yesterday's 15 degree Celsius.

Morning mist was experienced in some parts of the city. A nip in the air and a cold breeze was also felt throughout the day due to the north westerly wind, MET sources said.

The MET office has forecast a clear sky with the minimum temperature hovering around 15 degree Celsius for the next couple of days.

Today's maximum temperature was around 23.7 degree Celsius.

Low humidity of around 76 per cent was recorded in the morning which dipped to 34 per cent as the day progressed.No rainfall was recorded, sources said.
