Road blockade over exam postponement in MP

Shajapur, MP, Jan 13 (UNI) About 200 candidates for the post of revenue officials (Patwari) resorted to road blockade for half an hour here today following postponement of recruitment examination in Madhya Pradesh.

The candidates lifted the blockade after senior officials intervened. The candidates came to know about the postponement only on reaching the examination hall.

Patwari examination was postponed abruptly and the state government informed the district authorities through fax last night.

''The postponement was made due to unavoidable reasons,'' the fax message said.
