Sql Star to raise $ 15mln in domestic and overseas markets

New Delhi, Jan 11 (UNI) IT services company Sql Star International today announced plans to raise 15 million dollars via issue of securities in the international or domestic markets.

The Board of Directors of the company will meet on January 17 to discuss raising of the funds by issue of global depository receipts, foreign currency convertible bonds, American depository receipts or other securities and appointing of various agencies for the said purpose.

The above proposal was to be put for discussion by the board in a meeting scheduled on January 23.

''Due to paucity of time, the proposed item has to pre-poned for discuss on January 17. The other items of the agenda of the original meeting will be discussed on January 23, 2007 only,'' a company statement said.
