Six killed, 14 injured in Rajasthan

Jaipur, Jan 11 (UNI) Six people were killed and 14 others injured today when a truck rammed into a country-made vehicle (known as Jugaad) in Sawai Madhopur district of Rajasthan.

According to police, the accident occurred in Lalpur Umri village under Gangapur city police station. Four of these killed on the spot while two others died on their way to hospital.

Of the 14 injured, five are in a serious condition and have been referred to Jaipur while nine others are being treated at the Gangapur hospital.

The deceased have been identified as Bhabru, Ganga Sahay, Ramji Lal and Ram Sahay. One of the deceased could not be identified.
