Shirdi's Sai Baba Sansthan to set up information centres
Ahmednagar, Maharashtra, Jan 11 (UNI) The Sai Baba Sansthan of Shirdi has decided to set up information centres across the nation, beginning with the national capital.
Talking to UNI at Shirdi, Sai Baba Sansthan Trustee Ashok Khambekar said the Sansthan would spend Rs 15 lakh for setting up the first such centre, which would be functional within two months.
The Sansthan plans to set up similar centres at Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Ahmedabad, where the process of land acquisition for the centres has began, Mr Khambekar said.
Meanwhile, the Sansthan has also decided to construct yet another 'Bhaktaniwas,' with the facility of 10,000 rooms at Shirdi from the Rs 60 crore donation received from Mr K V Ramni of the 'Sai Trust Chennai,' Mr Khambekar informed.
In order to create awareness of various initiatives of the Sansthan and spread Sai Baba thoughts, the Sansthan has organised conventions of Sai Devotees at Delhi, Hyderabad, Bangalore and Nashik.
The first of its kind of convention will be held at Nashik on January 13 while the second in Delhi on February four, Mr Khambekar said.
