Oil via Belarus can restart in hours -Russian envoy
BRUSSELS, Jan 10 (Reuters) Normal flows of Russian oil through the pipeline across Belarus could restart in a matter of a few hours, Russia's envoy to the European Union said today, saying Moscow's dispute with Minsk had been resolved.
''It's a question of a few hours,'' Vladimir Chizhov said after talks with EU Energy Commissioner Andris Piebalgs on the technical steps needed for a restart of normal flows after a three-day-old halt to the Druzhba pipeline.
