Nithari serial killings accused sent to 14-day CBI remand
Noida, Uttar Pradesh, Jan 11 (UNI) Nithari killings accused Moninder Singh Pandher and Surendra Koli were today sent to 14-day CBI remand for further questioning into the serial killings case.
The remand till January 25 was granted after the Noida Police presented them before the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate Shamsher Singh this evening.
The CBI team, under Additional Superintendent of Police (Addl SP) Nirbhay Singh, later took the accused duo under their 'custody'.
Meanwhile, sources said both the accused would be presented before a Ghaziabad Special Court tomorrow after which they would be taken to Delhi for questioning by the CBI.
