MCD seals 162 units on Thursday

New Delhi, Jan 11 (UNI) The Municipal Corporation of Delhi today sealed 162 units in the West, Central, South and Civil Lines zone.

Of the 162 units sealed, 108 units were sealed at Industrial Road of Gazipur Salughter House and Murga Mandi.

In the Central Zone, 16 units were sealed at Bahadur Shah Zaffar Marg, Kotla Road and Turkman Road. Twelve units were also sealed in the South Zone. In the Civil Lines Zone, 11 units were put to seal at Rajpur Road.

With today's sealing operation, the total number of properties put to seal by the MCD since the resumption of the sealing drive on November 8 as per the orders of the Supreme Court is 4936.
