IDBI picks up 10% in BAG Infontainment

New Delhi, Jan 11: Media house BAG Films Ltd today said private bank IDBI has picked up 10 per cent equity in its subsidiary, BAG Infotainment Pvt Ltd, under which it operates its radio business for an undisclosed amount.

A report said the company has also sold another 10 per cent stake to Bank of Baroda (BoB).

BAG Infotainment Pvt Ltd has licenses for 10 FM stations across Himachal Pradesh, Punjab, Haryana, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, Bihar and Jharkhand.
