GEI Hamon bags orders from Punj, Thermax

New Delhi, Jan 11: GEI Hamon Industries Ltd, engaged in heat transfer technology, today said it has received three orders worth Rs 29.21 crore from Thermax India, Punj Lloyd and Bharat Oman Refineries.

While the order from Thermax India is worth Rs 13.18 crore, the Punj Lloyd Ltd order is valued at Rs 11.75 crore.

The third order from Bharat Oman Refineries Ltd is for Rs 4.28 crore.

The orders are for supply of Air Cooled Heat Exchangers and Air Cooled Steam Condensers, a company statement said.

The company's Board of Directors will meet on January 29 to consider increasing borrowing limit and raising of additional capital and debt.

A proposal for name change of the company is also in the lines.
