C Kukkikatte dies following heart attack

Mysore, Jan 11 (UNI) Editor of local Kannada daily Sankrathi and writer Chandrasekhara Kukkikatte died following heart attack in a private Hospital early today.

He was 59 and is survived by his Wife.

He had served as Assistant Director and associated with nearly 40 Kannada films. He was recipient of Karnataka Media Academy award during 2004. He had also written 28 Kannada books.

Mysore district Journalists association and Mysore reporters guild condoled the death of Mr Kukkikatte.
