5 persons injured in road accident

Etawah, Jan 11 (UNI) Five persons were injured after a speeding car collided head on with a jeep here under Bakevar police station area.

Police today said the car on the way to Kanpur from Etawah rammed into a jeep wounding five persons, identified as Mahesh, Deevan, Jitendra Singh, Ramendra Singh and Sanjay Sharma yesterday.

The injured were rushed to hospital, where the condition of two was said to be serious.
